Objective
As an instructional designer, multimedia designer and web designer, my objective is to make a positive impact on clients and learners by using my skills and experience to design compelling and engaging courses. I will combine Merrill's first principles of instructions with Bloom's Taxonomy learning principles build active learning materials. Additionally I will use Cathy Moor's action mapping in second language acquisition in an on-line environment to create visually appealing and intellectually challenging courses for your business.
